India’s culinary heritage, across Saskatchewan

“Darbar” means the king’s court, and Darbar Restaurant was created to share India’s rich culinary heritage with Saskatchewan — growing to three restaurants in Saskatoon, Regina and Warman, where every meal is meant to feel like a royal celebration. Each dish is crafted by skilled chefs, blending traditional flavours with modern flair: tandoori kababs from the clay oven, butter chicken and tikka masala, lamb curries, seafood, fragrant biryanis and paneer, dal and vegetable dishes.
