Tandoori chicken is one of the world's best-known Indian dishes, and it is a centrepiece of our Tandoori Special Kababs. The chicken rests overnight in a yogurt and spice marinade, which keeps it tender, then goes into the traditional clay oven.
The result is chicken with the deep, smoky character that only a tandoor gives, served hot from the oven.
What Makes Our Tandoori Chicken Special
The overnight marinade and the clay oven are what make tandoori chicken different from a curry: there is no sauce, just well-spiced, grilled chicken. Spice is made to order, mild, medium or hot.
